Strength Stability Movement
These three words underpin every aspect of the treatment and advice we offer our patients. Injuries that affect our mobility can happen in the sports we play, the work we do, or from life in general. They can happen to anyone, at any time and any age. We help our patients recover through a treatment plan designed to improve movement, build strength and create a stable recovery.
The Nightingale Physiotherapy approach
We aim to assess our patients in a holistic way, looking not only at the current problem or injury but also at other factors that may have contributed to the cause or limited their recovery.
Our assessments often look at the following: work environment, physical activity (or lack of), sporting activities, environmental factors as well as physical and mental health. Looking at all of these factors will help us to understand the nature of a problem or injury.
Following the initial assessment, we can then determine an appropriate course of treatment and advise on ways of reducing a recurrence or help out patients to better manage the problem.

Once you arrive at Whiston, go through the gate next to the chemist - you will see our sign on the gate post - and follow the direction signs that will point you round the back of the building to where our entrance is.
